Description
Support the teams with general project tasks and administration. Closely aligned with our CRM
platform, these projects develop and enhance our customer and partner web portals, providing an industry leading platform for communication with our large customers and service partners.
Project support work to include:
- Project Documentation
- User Testing
- Defect Logging
What software programs do they need to be able to work?
- Will learn to use several web based applications, including the Lexmark Web Portal, Siebel CRM, SAP, and HP Quality Center
- No need to be a specialist, candidate will be trained on the user friendly web applications that will be used. Previous exposure to these applications however is advantageous.
- Light knowledge and understanding of web applications and technologies is advantageous.
- Previous experience with software testing is advantageous.
May include night and weekend overtime as project deadlines approach. Strong attendance is required as your daily contribution is critical to our success
