Job Title: Systems Trainer, Dublin, Day rate Dependent on experience, 6 - 12 month contract

My consultancy client are looking for a number of Systems trainers (ideally with exposure to Maximo) to work for their client in Dublin, Ireland.

You will be reporting to the Work and Asset Management Training Manager and will be responsible for delivering training programs to the Client system user community to enable them to operate Client systems that will be used in the day-to-day running of the company.
You must be able to explain the technical complexities of the software effectively in a context that is applicable to the user community. Some travel to offsite training facilities may apply.

Responsibilities

Deliver high quality WAM systems training to trainees of different skill sets
Attend Train the Trainer sessions to familiarize with processes and systems requiring end-user training
Liaising with the Client subject matter experts and solution delivery teams to understand and assess the training requirements of the Client systems user community
Providing ongoing training delivery status to the WAM Training Manager
Raising risks and issues as appropriate to the WAM Training Manager
Recording attendance of trainees at training courses
Compiling feedback on the training provided and improving the training experience where required
Maintaining training materials that can be easily referred to
Ensuring that the client system users are aware of the system training support available to them
Providing support to the client system users post training where needed
Adhering to the client information security protocols, training procedures and standards when delivering training
Liaising with the client and IT teams to ensure training classrooms are prepared.
Other system training and support related duties might be assigned

Ability to build working relationships to facilitate accomplishment of work goals
Excellent presentation and written communication skills with the ability to convey messages in a clear and efficient manner
Proven effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise and remain focused
Flexible with regards working in a changing environment and the ability to adjust to new work structures, processes, and requirements as necessary
Proactively identifying new areas of learning and using newly gained knowledge and skill on the job
Striving for quality and ensuring consistent high standards of work
