WordPress Link Sharing – Preview Issues

Hi,
I just built a WP site and for some reason the theme does not properly share links – when sharing to social sites like LinkedIn & Facebook it does not pull the “title” “description” & “image” properly. I understand this is probably a very small job but I would be happy to pay someone to fix this for me. I can email transfer money as soon as you fix the issue. Let me know!

I just want to be able to share links and have it pull the page title, description and image.
Please let me know how long it will take you, cost, and when you can start.
