Description
Software Engineers - ADA 95World class Defence Organisation based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire is currently looking to recruit 6 Software Engineers - ADA 95. There are 6 separate positions that the department is looking to fill.
Please Note: you must be eligible for SC (Secret Level) Security Clearance.
The contract is initially for 6 months (ongoing after). The hourly rate is £40.50 per hour
Software Engineer - ADA 95 Job Description:
The ADA role will involve integration testing with the equipment containing the software under test and suitable skills in this area will be expected. The test equipment role will involve integration testing with the equipment under test and suitable skills in this area is expected.
The development language will be mainly ADA95 (AdaCore)
For the Ada role, the specification of the design of the software uses MaDGe/MASCOT, and familiarity with this approach would be desirable. Knowledge of Rhapsody UML would be useful
Knowledge of standard communications interfaces and test equipment interfaces for the test equipment roles.
Knowledge of DOORS and the Serena Dimensions configuration management system.
Knowledge of Mil-Std-1760C for the Simulation Software Roles
