A Workstream Lead/Customer Experience Lead is required for a large Financial Services organisation based in Edinburgh. If successful you will act as a channel SME and link between the programme, channel team and customer and colleague change teams to deliver strategic online projects managing customer impacts of change.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in eCommerce, preferably in Financial Services, with experience in developing online solutions. You will have experience in managing online banking projects, working to deliver business growth through marketing and communication initiatives. An extensive Project Management background with experience in development of business growth plans, benefit tracking and project delivery. Excellent written and communication skills.
