We have a fantastic opportunity for an assistant VAT Liaison Officer for a 3 month initial contract in Edinburgh.
Duties -
Assist the VAT Officer in a public sector organisation, looking at the VAT implication of various tax related issues. Provide relevant information on the legislation requirement in respect of VAT and submitting information on such issues as HMRC.
Skills required -
- Part qualified accountant ideally
- In-depth and up to date knowledge of VAT
- Knowledge of Central Government
Candidate will be required to hold a valid Basic Disclosure Scotland.
