Global Custody UK Strategic Change Manager - £400/day - Global IB
Our client, a leading Global Investment Bank, urgently require a strong CHANGE MANAGER within the Bank's Global Custody and Clearing Services Business.
The role encompasses management of change in the UK Global and UK Sub Custody systems, helping to define and understand the Business Operating Model and IT Architecture models. This leads into defining the change management program to drive forward change to meet these models.
The role will include core relationship management skills, department wide budgetary duties and acting as an SME to the department.
- Proven experience in a cross functional (Business and IT) environment.
- Proven experience of delivering complex strategic roadmaps/direction
- Strong Investment Banking Experience
- Prince 2, PMP, P30, Lean Management/Black Belt - Highly Adv
- Experience working within large scale IB strategic change programmes
- Gravitas - Senior/Exec stakeholder management
