My banking client based in the city centre of Glasgow are looking to recruit a Team Lead on a PPI complaints handling programme. The successful candidate will have experience leading teams of up to 15 people to improve the client experience of the complaints procedure. You will have excellent client exposure and communication skills both written and verbal. As a leader you will have the natural ability to motivate and inspire your team and have successful previous roles where you can demonstrate this.
