Description
Web Analyst - Central Manchester - ContractWeb Analyst to work within the Customer Services Programme, Communications and ICT have been working together to develop on-line web form integration with my client's CRM platform. This will enable customers to submit service requests from my client's website that are then automated into the Back Office functions, creating a quicker service.
The Web Analyst must be competent in the following -
- HAVE EXPERTISE IN WEB DEVELOPMENT
- GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
- ABILITY TO DEVELOP FORMS WITH LITTLE OR NO SUPPORT
- ISSUE RESOLUTION
- A SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF HOW HTML FORMS WORK (EG.POSTING DATA, REQUEST/RESPONSE)
- COMFORTABLE WORKING WITH LARGE XML FILES
- EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITH A LARGE WEB CMS (JADU IF POSS)
- BASIC PHP KNOWLEDGE
- GOOD WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF CMS SYSTEMS
- GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF WEB SERVICES
- GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF ANALYTICAL REPORTING TOOLS
WEB ANALYST WILL BE ABLE TO WORK ON THEIR OWN INITIATIVE, ABILITY TO INVOLVE AND MANAGE KEY STAKEHOLDERS IN PLANNED ACTIVITIES.
