We are urgently looking for an Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant with the following skills:Consultants with 6+ years extensive experience in IT and 4+ years as a Oracle HCM Functional consultant.
Experience primarily in the areas of Core HR, SSHR, OAB, OTL, Payroll, iRecruitment and OLM
Experience in US, UK, AU, Middle East legislative requirements
Experience in min 2 end-to-end Implementations in Rel 12 and atleast 1 upgrade project (from 11i to Rel 12)
Should be familiar with AIM Methodology
Should be able to lead discussions with client IT and Business teams
Full understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to translate business requirements into solutions in Oracle E-business
Knowledge in Oracle Fusion HCM will be an added advantage
