Our direct client is seeking a Sr. PeopleSoft Technical Consultant for a 6-month contract (with extensions likely). Candidates must have Senior level hands-on technical experience developing and implementing PeopleSoft HRMS Time and Labor, Absence Management, and Payroll N.A. This position is for someone with a proven track record developing and implementing PeopleSoft Time and Labor, Payroll for North America and Absence Management modules. Prefer the candidate have experience with Time Admin, Absence Calc, Loading Payable time into Payroll for North America and running payroll, creating interfaces to load pay sheet (PSHUP), converting Legacy systems (Cobol). Strong experience with Absence Management is required. Our client is looking for a candidate with in-depth understanding of Absence Management: the code behind it, Absence Calculator, and how accruals run on it. An understanding of AWE tables is also necessary. Additional skills needed: This position requires a Senior Developer who can work independently, possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking, decision making and problem solving skills. Ability to design, develop and implement high quality code in a timely manner is essential. Shows an appropriate sense of urgency. Able to perform under pressure, multitask, and understands Business needs and quickly grasp when the technology and business needs coincide.

Overtime : straight time - 6+ years PeopleSoft HRMS development PeopleSoft HRMS
- Extensive experience with Time and Labor and Absence Management modules
- PeopleSoft HRMS implementation PeopleSoft HRMS
- 6+ years PeopleSoft Payroll N.A. experience
- MINIMUM 5 years of experience with People Code, Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR, XML Publisher, Application Packages, Approval Workflow Engine (AWE), PeopleSoft Query and Oracle database.
- Experience with Time & Labor to Payroll Integration
