Description
Must be an exceptional people manager and successful at effectively navigating the associated complexities of a global team- 10+ years OTC trade support and/or cleared derivative operations experience
- Must understand the regulatory and industry changes, anticipate the impact to the business and proactively adapt operational processes and functions accordingly
- Demonstrated ability to drive change through to flawless execution across multiple complex initiates
- Ability to build relationships with and successfully influence Managing Directors across multiple asset classes, organizations and clients
- Exhibit the ability to switch between macro and micro operating principles in order to design, lead and adjust the operating model as the need arises.
- Senior level futures industry experience working for a Futures Commission Merchant, exchange, clearinghouse, or regulator
- Demonstrated global leadership excellence, having led a multi-regional organization in the past delivering superior tangible / quantifiable results.
- Proven track record of achieving results optimizing resources and driving efficiencies.
- Excellent communication, effective with subordinates, peers and senior management
- Demonstrated success in identifying and implementing solutions for process improvement
- The ability to hire, manage and develop staff. Ensure excellent performance in their current role, and prepare them for new roles
