Conduct Risk Design Manager, (12 month FTC)

A leading financial services organization inLondonis seeking a team of senior conduct risk professionals to work on an exciting new 12 month programme focussing on communications and training, assessing conduct risk, design and roll out of a conduct risk principal risk and the production of management information for strategic decision making.

The responsibilities of the Strategic and MI Director include:
  • Use knowledge and experience to design and embed a Conduct Risk & Control Framework across the organisation
  • Development, production and user testing of key Design Workstream outputs, including Key Design Principles, RCF, Risk Register and Conduct Risk Golden Rules.
  • Facilitate interaction between key Programme stakeholders and Conduct Risk Design Team
  • Produce status updates and reporting to Design Workstream lead


Requirements for this role include:
  • Risk Management and/or Controls experience essential
  • Experience within at least two business units of a large banking organization
  • Advance skills in Microsoft office applications (including visio)
  • Good team-working and inter-personal skills to collaborate effectively to achieve results.


Salary - £60,000 to £80,000

Duration - 12 months
