Description
A leading Financial Services client now requires a Six Sigma, Lean Consultant to join their Bromley OR Leeds office. The Six Sigma, Lean Consultant will be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities and creating an environment that delivers and sustains business improvements. The Six Sigma, Lean Consultant will focus on business areas which are facing problems, and look at streamlining the processes to improve these areas.
The Six Sigma, Lean Consultant will:
-Engage effectively with Senior Manager level stakeholders to maintain the licence to operate and create pull for our Service Lines.
-Create business cases and track the delivery of benefits through to final sign-off.
-Identify, develop and deploy service lines to meet needs of the business
-Create and maintain the programme plan, RAID log and updates for multiple Service Lines.
-Track & Manage project cost against business case.
-Identify and close capability gaps in Lean Leaders & Senior Management to develop them into strong Lean role models
-Identify improvement opportunities within the management system at a functional level - then develop, improve and embed this system to meet the needs of the business
-Develop the knowledge base of both Lean Transformation and business leadership through knowledge sharing, research and the introduction of new thinking
-Identify, own and manage the risks involved in running our business appropriate to my role, in line with the company risk framework.
The ideal candidate will have good experience of managing projects or programmes and must also have the following requirements:
-RECENT Financial Services experience
-Senior Stakeholder Management
-Six Sigma
-Leadership skills within Operations management and support
-Must be flexible on travel
