Microsoft Office 365
HTML5 development skills
Basic iOS development skills
Technically savvy, can relate to and understand complex process & technology based issues
Some flexibility in working hours is required to deal with time differences Language proficiencies
English spoken and written
Dutch is a plus
Role
My client is looking for a resource to assist in the delivery and deployment of a number of critical Mobile capabilities.
The ideal person would be a hands on person with good PM and communication skills and in depth Mobile knowledge.
Responsibilities
Will assist with onboarding users in more than 25 countries and manage the deployment of following critical mobile components:
o SkyDrive/Office 365
o Remote (VPN) Access
Will help with the coordination of testing of existing applications for remote access readiness:
o Collect, review, and organize feedback from test users (spread over countries)
o Coordinate priorities with development team
o Coordinate priorities with integration team
o Actively participate in testing and debugging
In addition, the person will support the client with their mobile devices
o Provide support in the configuration of devices (mostly iPAD)
o Debug and resolve issues
o Maintain Security Policies
o Release Management of the mobile applications and distribution to the devices
Will help with technical questions and distribution of HTML5 content packages
o Setup/enable users on the Content Mgmt System
o Debug and resolve issues
o Review and package HTML5 content so that they can be distributed
Will help with the deployment of mobile apps and eBooks on both iOS and Android.
Primary contact to resolve any critical issues with any of the mobile services during roll-out, in coordination with US counterparts.
