Vendor Management Specialist, Contract, Dublin.
Our client, a large scale utilities company based in Dublin, is seeking an experienced Vendor Manager for a six month contract position. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience of managing third party vendors in the delivery of services including call centre management, billing and sales & marketing. You will manage and monitor the day to day service delivery by key vendors including performance management, service forecasting and resource planning.
Your experience should include a minimum of 5 years in a similar role, ideally in the power & utilities or other semi regulated sector.
Responsibilities:
Manage key vendor relationships.
Monitor performance against SLA's and KPI's.
Liaise with vendors in forecasting, capacity and resource planning.
Manage internal stakeholder relationships.
Monitoring the process efficiency, driving continuous improvement.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the process.
Provide improvement recommendations to service providers.
Your skills should include :
5+ years experience in a similar role.
Previous call centre management experience.
Good understanding of vendor management processes and principles.
Experience of working in a regulated market environment.
Capacity and performance management experience.
Extensive experience working with and managing service providers.
Experience working in a multi vendor outsourced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Utilities experience while not essential would be an advantage.
