Description
- Design and create subcomponents and assemblies for high performance electric motors.
- Carry out analytical design calculations and geometric tolerancing.
- Support dFMEA activities.
- Deploy relevant design, development and problem solving tools.
- Support the design cycle from concept to product
- Experienced user of Catia V5.
- Experienceof mechanical CAD with a good appreciation of manufacturing technologies.
- Geometrical tolerancing skills
Desirable:
- Experience of creating products, Finite modelling skills or awareness, Experience of electromechanical components and interfaces ideally for rotating machines, Experience of highvolume manufacture of electric motors.
Contract Duration: 3-6 months initial + extensions
