Description

Test lead, full life cycle, agile practices/Scrum/XP Role Requirements . Bachelor''s degree, or local equivalent, in life sciences, business, technology, information technology or related discipline . Expert with comprehensive experience as a Test Lead . Experienced on projects through the full development life cycle with some exposure to agile practices such as Scrum/XP . Experience in administration and use of test and defect management and automation applications . Ability to accurately estimate tasks and create schedules . Effective skills in dealing with peer and/or subordinate interpersonal issues . Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as facilitation skills STRONG SQL EXPERIENCE REQURIED . Experience with query, configuration management and defect tracking tools . Understanding of technology and development language concepts Due to the nature of this position it may be required for the employee to travel.
