Our Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) client is in the market for experienced Change & Transformation Auditors and/or Change & Transformation professionals from the business. The vacancies entail the successful candidates act as a Specialist and/or Engagement Lead to deliver a complex portfolio of change assurance audits, while encompassing a deep understanding of business strategy, change delivery, controls and risks to provide reliable and independent assurance on the effectiveness of the control frameworkCore responsibilities include;
- Managing, developing, coaching and motivating colleagues to create high performing teams to deliver business objectives,
- The development of methodology and standards
- Leading, managing and/or undertaking a complex portfolio of Change Assurance audits
- Developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships with business/specialist areas to influence change and educate the business in the control framework and provide guidance and counsel
Key Skills and Knowledge sought;
- Change Assurance / Delivery Specialist Knowledge
- Knowledge of the relevant methodologies, policies, procedures in own areas of responsibility, including interpretation of and application of best practices, and able to immediately recognise a range of options when matching these to business/customer needs.
- The ability to maintain a balance between short term fix and long term solution.
- A creative and innovative approach to problem solving whilst maintaining risk awareness.
Business Knowledge:
Change - Risk based audit / assurance experience of major change initiatives including significant integration, strategy development or review, or complex programme management expertise across; Technology, Insurance, Modelling, Credit Risk, Market Risk or Finance in particular.
Remuneration: £95,000 + benefits and bonuses.
