Our client a global mining and resources organisation are currently recruiting for an ESM Lead to head up their program of service standardisation. The programme goal is to deliver a new simplified ESM framework that orchestrates people, processes and technologies to deliver services of consistent quality within acceptable costs to the organisation.

About The Role:
The below are the key tasks & outcomes that will need to be generated:

  • Single point of accountability for implementation activities
  • Manage Vendors to ensure the outcomes of the program are achieved
  • Provide weekly status reports into Global Steering Committee
  • Mobilise and manage resources within Implementation Team
  • Act as the point of escalation for resolving issues
  • Manage risks and mitigation activities
  • Manage Asset Vendors to support transition to ESM
  • Review and where necessary approve ESM CIT 1GO deliverables
  • Manage Asset participation in testing and deployment
  • Ensure Commercial aspects of the change to Vendor contracts is

Key Skills Required
Transferable skills will not be accepted from candidates who have not got the below experience:

  • Previous experience heading up a similar sized project in the resource sector
  • Previous experience with Mining/Resources
  • Strong background in customer relationship management, problem solving and process improvement
  • Right to work in Australia
