Commercial Manager/Contracts/Technology/Supplier

My client is urgently seeking a Commercial Manager for an initial 3 month contract to be based in London. The role is to manage and be accountable for contractual and commercial aspects of the management of technology contracts or service areas as allocated by the Head of Commercial Management.
You will be required to ensure the effective governance of technology supplier contracts including resolution, escalation and management of commercial and contractual issues as they arise.

You will be accountable for set-up, operational and strategic management of technology contracts spanning multiple third party suppliers (technology), and to lead the negotiations of commercial issues.

The role will include leading on the resolution of commercial issues, commercial negotiations and contractual compliance.

The Successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communications skills to ensure credibility and effective working relationships with key senior contacts internal and external to the company. You will be required to have outstanding knowledge and a demonstrable track record of expertise in the successful management of technology contracts, ideally gained within a technology, broadcasting or telecommunications environment.
You will have demonstrable proven negotiation skills and utilising technical, commercial and legal information with the ability to achieve the desired outcome with suppliers, customers, partners and stakeholder.
