Risk Manager- Edinburgh- 6-12 Months- Banking
Immediate Requirement for a Risk Manager with experience of Banking environments working on Technical workstreams
Role Requirements:
-Contribute to the implementation and management of the operational and regulatory risk framework
-Identify and escalate emerging operational risks through the analysis of Business Intelligence and changes.
-Manage and monitor aspects of the Sarbanes Oxley (SoX) and Information Security Policy audit programmes
-Risk Management methodologies/Control and process design methods/Audit and assurance methods. Familiarity with IT Control Frameworks, eg COBIT, would be an advantage
Deliver specialist awareness of
-Applicable laws, regulations and policies
-The balanced management of risk and controls aligned to corporate and local risk appetite
-End-to-End risk management
-The definition and management of the controls and processes
-Internal and external audit activity
