I have an excellent opportunity for a Production Planning Manager work for a large financial organisation based in Cheshire.

Production Planning Manager
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 6 months
Location: Cheshire

Key Accountabilities:
* Lead the Production Planning and Management workstream, targeted with delivering an average 4.0 RPC's per agent hour across Collections.
* Co-ordinate activity within the overall Collections and Recoveries Change Program. Prioritise key Risks, Issues, Actions and Decisions for review at Senior Management level, reporting status of project, escalating issues appropriately to aid effective decision making
* Input technical telephony, work force management and production management knowledge on business changes affecting Collections and Reocveries.Liaising with both users and suppliers of technology
* Develop strong working relationships with business area management and other functional areas within the business, resolving issues and enhancing overall results, whilst supporting effective reporting, project delivery and strategy management on behalf of the Division.
* Ensure compliance with all regulations within area of responsibility.

Skills & Experience:
* Thorough understanding of call centre dynamics
* Experience within a large, complex, call centre organisation with a proven track record of performance management and delivery of results
* Extensive experience/background in a Call Centre Management and AVAYA/CMS technology
* Experience in Project Management with experience of managing at least 5 projects through whole life cycle, preferably in the financial services industry.
* Experience & use of change adoption methodologies.
* Proven track record of executing significant initiatives to improve performance and financial returns
* Proven leader of complex business areas
* Degree or equivalent (preferred)
* PRINCE2 project management or equivalent (preferred)
* Black/Green Belt Certified (preferred)
* LEAN practictioner (preferred).
