Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Become a trusted business partner - build strong and productive relationships with functional leaders and their management teams
  • Proactively partner with management to achieve corporate goals
  • Develop and implement HR plans, programmes, policies and practices that support and enable business objectives
  • Provide leadership and direction to the HR team
  • Develop and execute the People Plan for our business in DACH
  • Drive the recruitment and HR needs for the business in DACH
  • Develop and execute HR and Communication strategies to maximize employee performance and engagement
  • Strengthen our leadership and management capabilities
  • Coaching and supporting local leaders and employees
  • Working on global projects with the global HR team
  • Working closely with the corporate Centers of Expertise to drive organization effectiveness and Total Rewards strategies and initiatives.
  • Implementing and executing enterprise HR programs and strategies
  • Advising local leaders on HR strategy, policy, practice and legislation.
  • Assisting with M&A activity as necessary
  • Addressing employee performance issues proactively and quickly


Ihre Qualifikation
  • Experience in HR field in an HR Generalist role
  • Experience in a fast-paced international HR department with a strategic & proactive business focus
  • Knowledge of HR functional disciplines (i.e., M&A, employee relations, staffing, compensation/benefits, organizational development, training and management/employee development)
  • Solid background & experience in a high-tech entrepreneurial environment
  • Must have strong leadership/influencing ability at all levels
  • Able to see the "big picture", but also has focus to lead day-to-day operations
  • Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, organization & implementation skills
  • Ability to work in a virtual matrix organization and perform as an effective contributor to a dispersed team
  • Change management, coaching, consultative, and facilitation skills are necessary
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complexity, ambiguity, and time pressures
  • Knowledge of pertinent HR legislation in all countries within scope
  • Strong understanding of business/financial measurements as well as key HR metrics
  • Bachelor's degree
