Client Manager - Liverpool or Manchester - Retail Banking

A Client Manager is required to join a major retail bank based in Liverpool or Manchester.

Your role will be to explain to customers the process and changes their accounts will undergo when an upcoming major migration occurs.

Key Accountabilities include:

  • Fully understand the changes each customer in their portfolio will undergo
  • Develop a contact plan for their portfolio
  • Implement plan through engaging with customers (face to face or phone as appropriate)
  • Record and manage progress using Customer tracker system
  • Escalate any issues raised by customers to programme where appropriate.

To be considered you will be from a retail banking background with excellent relationship management and customer facing experience.

Experience working on previous migration projects within retail banking and dealing with large corporate clients/customers would be highly advantageous.
