My client currently requires PPI reconciliation clerks to provide in-depth expertise and reference for complex queries and issue raised, and to identify and implement best practice suggesting and implementing improvements to systems and processes where necessary.

The role will involve the following tasks:
* Responsibility for developing, implementing, monitoring and reviewing controls and checks for PPI payments and reconciliations to limit the risk of write off
* Extract financial data from various internal reports and systems relating to operational processes and perform a detailed reconciliation of financial movements
* Ensure that the reconciliation of financial movements
* Ensure that the appropriate accounting treatment is followed and amendments made where appropriate
* Creating and providing management information to allow the tracking of the processes and business issues
* Analyst and resolve business, financial and processing issues making recommencement's for the most effective and efficient solutions to problems
* Point of reference for colleagues, handling more complex requests or queries
* Proactively maintain and develop own up to data specialist process and system knowledge to act as a point of reference

The ideal candidate will come from a Financial analysis background, with management information experience, and reconciliation is previous roles.
