One of Monarch IT's leading clients is urgently looking for a QA/Test Manager for an ASAP start in Dublin.

Candidates must have the following skills and experience:
- A proven career in QA Management and Test Management
- Experience managing and scheduling test resources across multiple locations
- Proven experience in the definition, build and configuration of Quality Plans
- Proven QA and Test Strategy experience
- A proven working background in Functional Testing with exposure to Non Functional Testing
- A strong working knowledge of the full project test life cycle
- Experience managing onshore and offshore Test Activities
- Proven stakeholder management experience
- A strong working knowledge of Financial Services
- Experience working in a large scale/multinational environment
- A knowledge of multiple European languages
