RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with key stakeholders: Internal communication, Central Support, Human Resources, Technical Department, Mobility Department and the change management team to support the Intranet organization, structure and strategy.
- Organisation of workshop and daily project activities follow-up together with Portal technical Lead.
- Consolidate specific Intranet requirements during study and interview fazes (as-is/to-be)
- Write Blueprint of the future Intranet
- Understand SAP Portal strategy for Enterprise Portal & Intranet
- Work together and guide the usability specialist(s) to define the information architecture of the new Intranet serving the different Directions and departments.
