MEGA Administrator
For one of our best clients in Paris area, for an 8-month contract (extension possible), we are urgently looking for a MEGA administrator.
Purpose and scope of the job:
- As a member of our Solution Coordination Organization you will be supporting several project teams in using our modelling tools
- Mega for modelling Business Processes and Enterprise Architecture
- Power Designer for modelling Conceptual and Physical data model
- Enterprise Architect for modelling Use Cases and Status diagrams
Main responsibilities and duty:
- Technology
- For Mega, the main responsibility is on the management of the platform, technical administration of the users, management of technical evolutions, implementation of specific features and jobs. Test and roll out of new versions is part of the job as well.
- For Power Designer, the roll out of version V16 has been started and needs to be completed. Solution for the installation of the client application still needs some investigations.
- For Enterprise Architect, installation on a Sand Box server is being used. Implementation on a definitive production server is part of this job, as well as the strategy definition for the installation of the client part.
- The technical integration between those 3 modelling tools will have to be performed
- Functional
- Role Management
- Analysis Authorization Management
- User Management for Project Support
- Documentation & transfer knowledge for Application Support & Solution Teams
- Standard & Guidelines
- For all those modelling tools, strong standards and guidelines will have to be defined, written and communicated to all the users
Skill requested:
- Thorough knowledge of MEGA (2009 and next versions) for the following modules
- Mega Process, Architecture, Designer, Publisher, Exchange, BPMN
- Basic knowledge of Power Designer
- Basic knowledge of Enterprise Architect
- Minimum 3 years experience in Mega Technical Administration.
- Fluent in French & English (education or internship or experience).
- Experienced in projects in an international environment.
- Culturally aware and adaptable to flexible business requirements.
- Open minded and accepting challenges.
