Description
SAP Programme Manager 20% travel - Irish Role limited travel (maybe once a month for workshops and general intersite friendliness). Programme Manager - senior role supporting local board/CIO. The project is in the stage of blue print (business process have been signed off) and service integrators have been engaged. Your role will be to manage the implementation and the SI consultants on site in the PMO (PMO will consist of 10+ SI consultants and 5-7 internal staff (internal Staff are versed in SAP). This is a global brand with multi-site multi dimension to the role so international experience is key. First greenfield country rollout is happening now and there are 200 sites going live starting May/June 2014. This is a site where you are going to have to be technical in the sense that you will have say or you will be asked on the design architecture but the SI people and you need to have a technical background to be at the level needed. This will suit a Senior PM or programme level person who is interested in the technology piece and who does not want to be a million miles away from the technology.
Complex site with multitude of constraints given the nature of the business.
Must be able to prove:
- Multi site complex rollouts
- Have deployed SAP over 3 times (full end to end) on sites that are Supply Chain orientated (as in: with a 3 pl /4 pl outsourcer or a manufacturing site or FMCG site).; this is central
- Experience with Solutions Integrators and managing them on site and making sure all SLA's and KPI's are being adhered to.
