Mac Support Analyst - Mac, Windows, OS, Support, Install, Desktop, Laptop, Server, Configure, Maintain, 1st, 2nd
*Paying up to 3,500 Singapore Dollars per Month*
My client, a global Brand Design Agency is currently looking for an entry level Support Analyst with knowledge of Mac and Window OS to be based in Singapore.
Please take note that this is a Mac computer work environment.
Key Skills:
*Mac and Windows OS knowledge
*Windows Server knowledge
*Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
*Install, configure and maintain computer related hardware - desktops, laptops, monitors, network printers, local printers, copier/fax/scanner units and other IT equipment
*Install and configure operating system and application software on desktops, laptops
*Other IT tasks as assigned by IT Manager
Requirements:
*Some end-user support experience.
*Open to consider fresh graduate
*Must have good interpersonal skill and able to communicate effectively with end-user
*Good initiative
