For our Client in Belgium we are urgently looking for an Agile Coach/Scrum Master (deadline 25/4).

Planning:

- Start date:
- End date:
- Working location:  Belgium
- Number of working days per week: Fulltime in May/June, afterwards 60%
- Deadline for submitting CVs:
- Language: Dutch -MUST HAVE ( English additional)

Within two projects, you take the role of Scrum Master.
For one of the two projects will coach an employee to take. The role of Scrum Master You will work closely with the ICT project and partly to the (business) product owner. Demonstrated experience with Agile and Scrum is a must.

Youwork includes:
- Organizing and facilitating the Scrum ceremonies.
- Monitoring and adjusting the Scrum approach followed.
- You protect the team during the sprint so the team keeps focus on the goals that commitment is issued.
- Coaching of the various team members (internal and external) on the development approach.
- Weekly round-up of the operation of the team (process-oriented) and reporting at the end of the sprint.
- Coaching a team to take "the role of Scrum Master.

Expectedknowledge:

-Knowledge of Agile and specifically the Scrum approach (certified) Kanban experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience with teams working in multiple development environments.
- Knowledge of the classical project methodologies (eg Prince II)
- Knowledge of UML and Team Foundation Server is a plus "

Additionalspecifications:

- Self Standing work and make the Necessary Initiative to the day (especially in project operation)
- Dutch with knowledge of English
- Communication skills, you can express yourself on the work and argue why it shouldering be chosen for certain solutions
- Team player
