Description
Sr. Business Analyst needed with strong documentation skills. Experience with HR/Finance and Supply chain. Candidate needs to have Bachelor's Degree and a of minimum 5 years of experience analysing software requirements for IT Systems. Ability to carry out assigned tasks with a professional demeanor reflected in excellent written and oral communication skills, listening skills, patience, analytical reasoning and problem solving abilities.
This role is expecting that the person is familiar with Development Life Cycle methodology. Work effectively with the business to quickly learn the culture and relationships. Possess analytical skills to analyze data and identify quality assurance/quality control issues.
- Ability to meet timelines, milestones, deliverables and provide timely (weekly) status updates
- Create Functional and Technical designs based on Functional Technical requirements and Fit Gap Analysis
- Modeling skills for requirements using standard UML practices and able to document using Enterprise Architect (desired).
- Translates IT requirements into test scripts.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Software (MS Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Visio flowcharts, MS Project and SharePoint); (MS Office 2010 proficiency required).
- Knowledge of DB2 access tools is highly desirable
- Passport Application knowledge is desirable.
