Our client a Global consultancy is looking for a GreatPlains/Microsoft Dynamics GP Business Analyst to Support the financial and legal applications like GreatPlains, CEA (Capital Expenditure Approval), Docassist (Document Management system for AP), Interwoven (Contract Management system) and backup for EasySource and Concur.
Key responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain the GreatPlains and CEA applications by providing functional support to the key-users, implementing evolutions requested by Finance and by resolving user helpdesk tickets. The project language is English.
Skills Needed
- Customer service oriented
- In depth knowledge of Greatplains (functionalities, architecture, customizing, reporting tools)
- MS Office
- SQL Database
- Project Management and Business Analyst experience
