Support Engineer Role - Brussels- 8 months contract -Dutch/French
My client, a leading European IT company is looking for a bilingual Dutch/French Support Engineer. This is an URGENT requirement and can offer an IMMEDIATE start for the successful candidate. It is ESSENTIAL that you speak Fluent Dutch, French and an intermediate English language will be a clear advantage.
The Job Description & tasks:
1st & 2nd Line support - by phone and on-site
incident troubleshooting & resolution
installation & configuration of DTs, LTs, PRTs
Account administration (AD & GPOs)
Administration of Backup systems
Required knowledge:
General knowledge of Windows XP & 7 - MS Office
Basic network support (diagnostics & escalation)
Basic server admin (F&P srv, Exchange 2007, )
Experience of min 2 years in this function
Please note this URGENT requirement. It is a 2 stages interview process:
1 phone interview,
2 Face to face interview (technical test).
