On-Site Recruiter/Recruitment Consultant: World-Leading Oil & Gas Co

World Leading Global Energy Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Experienced Recruiter to join this high profile top company within the Oil & Gas Sector.

This is a demanding role where you will be kept busy and you should have:

  • Minimum of 10 years of technical recruiting, preferably in the oil/gas industry with experience in a corporate or agency environment (retained/contingency search or contractor supplier)
  • Demonstrated in previous employment history a proficiency in communications, negotiations, strategic thinking and decision-making skills
  • An understanding of roles and responsibilities of technical/commercial positions within Oil & Gas.
  • Credible and confident to build relationships and influence people at all levels both within the company and in the external marketplace
  • Strong sales acumen
  • Project and process management skills
  • Existing knowledge of sourcing strategies
  • Ability to work under pressure and accommodate changing demands
  • Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
  • Strong appreciation of the value of diverse backgrounds
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Self starting personality with a hands on approach together with the ability to make an immediate impact.

As this is high-volume role, you should have demonstrated experience recruiting for and closing 40+ requisitions in a given year along with successful experience recruiting via a variety of applicant tracking systems. This should include experience working with a variety of stakeholders like sourcers, Hiring Managers and HR in the Business, Demonstrated successful stakeholder management with hiring managers and Strong communication skills.

This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
