Key Features:
- Prepares clinical requirements documents to successfully implement customer clinical user needs and software design / standards.
- Creates user stories for clinical information and clinical workflows; prepares thorough documentation of these efforts in collaboration with Marketing, R&D and Quality
- Documents clinical & logistical customer interactions (surveys, interviews, etc.) gathered through formal and informal VOC efforts.
- Acts as Subject Matter Expert for clinical, technical & functional documentation for acute care scenarios (primarily clinical pharmacy, but understands patient care processes for respiratory, nursing, and infection prevention)
- Interfaces with UXD to ensure product specifications & design align with harmonized styles / standards and with clinical domain expectations (eg. Clinical Pharmacist UXD vs. Nursing UXD)
- Utilizes SAP to complete assigned GDP deliverables (Product Requirements, User Trials, surveys, Risk Assessments, etc.).
- Provide clinical pharmacy Subject Matter Expertise to assist Product Management with downstream
- Marketing activities as SME (remote customer training, remote product demonstrations).
- Take ownership of assigned product development deliverables as directed for the Project History File and the Design History File
- As SME, assist Marketing Product Management in coordinating requirements & education w/ Global Customer Service

Qualifications:
- 3 years of product requirements development (from an analyst perspective)
- 2-3 years of Clinical Pharmacy experience (either in a Pharmacy directly or in a hospital working with the Pharmacy)
- BA/BS, Clinical or Pharmacy prefer.
- Experience with Agile or Lean Development methods
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as a member of a cross-functional team
- Good interpersonal skills, including customer interactions
- Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, and planning skills.
- Proficient PC skills; including working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to train and coach others from technical / clinical expertise
