We are looking for a Senior Security Architect to join our customers Security Architecture team with a strong reputation of hiring some of the best security professionals in the industry.
Working for one of our customers, a CBD based financial institution; this role will see you responsible for the following;
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for Information Security on various assignments & projects
- Develop strong working relationships with customer stakeholders & other senior IT stakeholders
- Actively collaborate with the Architecture practice to ensure desired outcomes are achieved
- Present on Security related topics to senior business stakeholders as required
- Develop architectures for security specific capabilities within their relevant functional area
- Manage the relationship between the business and IT though the provision of sound expert advice on capabilities of existing & potential future security solutions
- Provide leadership & guidance that promotes the development & utilisation of technical knowledge to business customers
Key Selection Criteria:
- Significant demonstrated achievements in security architecture & design, with similar experience in successful delivery of key organisational security capabilities
- The ability to articulate a technical view gathered from the business requirements that can be consumed at various levels of competency to ensure successful delivery of the solution
- Demonstrated experience in identifying & embedding new and emerging technologies & trends, including Cloud Solutions, & ability to apply relevant industry developments within a complex environment
- High level verbal & written communications skills targeted at a diverse audience
- Extensive experience in Information Security concepts such as risk management, security architecture, threat modelling, security patterns, policy & standard development & maintenance, information classification, security control objectives, log monitoring, reference architectures, incident management, threat intelligence, security reporting & security operations
- Technical understanding of diverse technologies & capabilities across information security and technology domains.
- Experience or understanding of security standards/references such as OWASP, NIST, ISO2700x/17799, OASIS, Cobit, ITIL, ISO
- Experience with regulatory & legislative compliance requirements such as APRA, MAS, Privacy Act and PCI
