We are looking for a Solution Manager with strong experience in area Operations & Business Support System (OSS/BSS) and Mobile Broadband for a 3 month extendable contract in ESAT TIMOR.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Ericsson OSS/BSS and Ericsson Mobile Broadband solution deliveries to customers.
  • Support local Ericsson marketing and sales organization as an expert in the OSS/BSS and Mobile Broadband solution portfolio including third party solution if required.
  • Support customer's business (new product, marketing campaign, marketing gimmick, new promotion/program) by define, manage and verify required solution in OSS/BSS and Mobile Broadband area, including handling and management of third party product and suppliers.
  • Identify scope, effort estimation, time line and cost estimation for activities supporting customer within solution life cycle management frame.
  • Take lead in the execution phase of solution life cycle management offering;
  • Identify new and add-on business opportunities follow up with sales or account organization identified new or add-on business opportunities.
  • Work closely with project organization and manage service organization to ensure alignment in the delivered solution to customer.
  • Take responsibility for the Life Cycle Management of a customer solution. This includes define, plan, communicate and manage the Evolution Planning for the customer solution both from a life cycle perspective, of the products included in the customer solution, and from the customer requirement perspective
  • Manage the customer relation together with the SDM (Service Delivery Manager) and ensure that the customer's expectations on the implemented solution are fulfilled
  • Support the Solution Architect with expertise knowledge in Ericsson OSS/BSS and Mobile Charging solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • Master Degree in Engineering/MBA is preferable
  • Background in the telecommunication industry preferably 7-10 years in the Systems Integration, Support, Technical Sales & Consultancy capacity, with a strong focus in Realtime Charging, Billing, Mobile Broadband, Mediation and Network Element Management.
  • Exceptional telecom knowledge (Network elements, Fixed/Mobile architectures, BSS/OSS concepts, etc),
  • Exceptional knowledge in BSS solutions (Charging System or equivalent Realtime Charging Solution, BSCS or equivalent Billing Solution, CbiO or equivalent Convergent Charging and Billing Solution, MBC or equivalent Mobile Broadband Charging solution, Mediation solution and Revenue Assurance solution)
  • Highly Developed knowledge areas such as IT-IL, e-TOM, BSS Transformation, OSS Transformation, Packet Core Transformation.
