Compliance and Risk Consultant

My client a leading telecommunications company are looking for a Compliance and Risk Officer to work work in their office in Hook. The role is to work with technical IT teams to ensure their Business Continuity Technical Recovery Plans (TRP's) are produced and returned within agreed timescales to enable the production of an overall Data Centre Resumption Plan.

You will be required to make contact with each technical team to obtain dates of their plans, follow up any technical leads who need further assistence and maintain overall tracking documentation. You will produce reports of the status of the TRP returns and arrange any meeting with the technical teams.

You must have strong communication skills and the ability to interact at all levels, building and strengthening positive relationships at every touch point. You will have solid overall understanding of IT technology, including networks, systems and applications. You must have working knowledge of Microsoft office and particular Excel.
