Systems Support Analyst - City based Law firm
Leading City law firm is looking to recruit a Systems Support Analyst.
The successful candidate will take a lead role in the administration of the firm's MS Active Directory and Exchange infrastructure. Working in a small and dynamic team, he/she will also assist with desktop support, systems maintenance and administration, potentially including a role in the development and planning of other new IT systems.
As well as the administration of Active Directory and Exchange, the Support Analyst will assist in the following areas of work:
- Management
- Operational effectiveness and data security of the firm's computer systems
- Data networks
- Telecommunications systems
- Audio-visual facilities and electronic office equipment (eg photocopiers, Desktop support to the firm's IT user base
- Input on new systems developments which could enhance the operational effectiveness and efficiency of the firm
- Systems administration of the firm's network systems and components
You will be fully conversant with Windows, networking and server environments, Active Directory, Domain Servers and associated infrastructure, MS Exchange and Outlook, Document management systems, preferably iManage, VBA knowledge, IIS administration know-how, Experience of virtual server environments, SQL database administration and development.
