Job responsibilities

1. Regular business processes including data preparation and input, analysis and account reconciliation
2. Participating in the provision of period end procedures
3. Participating in the accurate and timely recording of all fixed assets owned by the group Bank and ledger reconciliations
4. Participating in the production of annual statutory accounts
5. Participating in the production of VAT returns and other tax returns for all companies in the Group
6. Lead a challenging service charge allignement project to encompass analysis, stakeholder management, process improvement and non-finance staff training

Candidate requirements

1. Part Qualified or Qualified Accountant
2. Project leading experience
3. Background within the housing industry
4. Full responsibility for a key service charge alignment project
