Exciting contract opportunity for a German Speaking Service Desk Analyst to join my client for a one year fixed term contract including the opportunity to work in Germany for the first 2 months of the contract.

My client is looking for Service Desk Analyst to act as a central point of contact to all users of their Global IT Services.

Your key responsibilities will be to record, monitor, progress and resolve all IT Problems/requests to ensure a satisfactory outcome and provide information to Users and Management globally, throughout the organisation.

The first two months of the post will be spent in Germany (all travel and accommodation expenses will be provided during this period) and then the rest of the contract will be based in Warwickshire.

The shifts will be Mon-Friday [contact details removed] , Fri [contact details removed] .

It is necessary that you are fluent in both English and German, have excellent communication skills and have experience with IT Service Desk Support/First Line Support
