Support L3 for MS Remediation is responsible for remediating complex or large User Developed Application, that are mostly MS Office end users' developments (based on Excel and/or Access).
Responsibilities include:
* Interact with Business Users to understand the issues the Business Users are facing, how the Excel/Access applications work and what they are used for
* Remediate complex Excel and Access files while interacting with end user
Experience (Essential)
* IT Master with5 to 10 years in IT
* Extensive experience in MS Office based development (macros, VBA, application integration, data feed integration)
* Close working relationship with Business Managers and Business users
* BFSI Domain knowledge

* Experience of working in International business environment
