Description
Junior Consultant for Softwares is responsible for Remediation of Softwares.
Responsibilities include:
- Communicate the SW Remediation process to IT Lines (Application Development department) and Business departments
- Build the Inventory of SWs by interacting with the IT lines and the Business departments
- Build a remediation plan and process (ex: how many SWs are still to enter the process, how many are in progress ) with the IT lines and Business Lines
- Track the remediation plan progress on a daily and weekly basis
Experience ( Essential )
- IT Master or Business Master with 1 to 3 years in IT
- Ability to follow-up plans with IT and Business users
- Ability to track the remediation process (work in progress, backlog )
- Ability to interact with Business Managers and Business users
Experience ( Preferred)
- Experience of working in International business environment
- BFSI Domain knowledge
