My client, a manufacturing based business in the Midlands is looking for a new IT Director to start on an initial 12 month contract with the possibility of a temp to perm placement.They are looking for someone with at least 8 years experience as an IT Director.
They need someone who has ideally come from managing/directing ERP Programmes, and be able to oversee the current SAP system.
The biggest responsibility will be to direct the upcoming SAP projects that are proposed to start upon the integration of the new IT Director.
The client wants someone who lives within commutable distance from the West Midlands, as there is, as mentioned above, a good chance that this will be offered on a permanent basis after the initial 12 months.
Although, temp to perm is an option, my client does not want to rule out any candidate which does not wish to pursue permanent opportunities after the initial 12 months, as their main priority is to get the initial projects implemented successfully over the coming year.
