My NHS client is currently looking for a property surveyor to work on a major property acquisition / disposal project.The client are looking for a property surveyor who has experience working on lease transactions including lease sales and finishing leases. The ideal property surveyor would have experience working on building acquisitions and disposals and have a strong understanding of building conditions. They would ideally have experience within the NHS however this is not essential.
This is an immediate start 3-6 month role based in North London with interviews booked for next week.
