Financial Analyst/
Our client, a leading telecommunications company, are looking to recruit a financial analyst to join their commercial team, for a 3 month contract.
The role will be responsible for assisting the finance manager in driving the commercial performance, within set areas of the business, through ensuring the business understands the commercial performance.
This job will be responsible for the following:
- Generating insights through comparison of KPIs against quarterly forecast and budgets
- Supplying recommendations for corrective action, based on the above
- Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of performance on a weekly/monthly basis
- Trend analysis and communication of trends to the forecasting team and other relevant parties
The successful candidate will have the following skills & experience:
- A strong commercial acumen with a relevant qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Strong experience as an analyst within a commercial environment
- Excellent and proven analytical skills
- Strong Excel skills, including V Look ups, Macros and Linking Tables
