Position Overview
As our Senior Drupal Developer, you must have the ability to define, create and complete a technical task without a great deal of guidance. The position calls for the ability to be creative, innovative, and work well independently and as a team player while providing helping to define and build the foundation of our Drupal Content Management System. The Senior Drupal Developer shall have expert knowledge in Web technologies, such as Drupal 7.x, PHP, Javascript, HTML and CSS. In addition to those skills, the Senior Drupal Developer must have an expert understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and should be forward thinking about industry standards and methods for HTML, CSS and other web technologies. You will be required to work well within teams of developers and have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate and explain complicated web designs.

General Qualities and Soft Skills
Application/Module design and architecture skills with the ability to apply those skills to the building of interactive, data-driven websites on all browser sizes - web and mobile.
Ability to play a key role in delivering and implementing Drupal Themes, Views and AJAX interfaces.
Should have the ability to work as a member of a team and participate in the code reviews, planning sessions and daily stand-ups.
Experience with operating in a true Agile software development shop is a big plus.
History of working on large projects with high visibility and tight deadlines.
Experience with integrating Social Media products/services/interfaces into a web site.
Strong experience in, and a strong desire to participate in, a Test Driven Development environment.
Experience implementing, integrating and contributing to Open Source Software.
Must possess excellent skills in the area of UI design principles and usability.
Strong written and verbal communications are a must.
Core Technical Skills
Expert level skills with Drupal 7.x, PHP, and the LAMP stack. A minimum of 5 years is preferred.
Strong skills in the area of Front End development with Javascript, HTML, AJAX and CSS. A minimum of 5 years is preferred.
The ability to create web services and consume data from web services in Javascript.
Strong knowledge in the Angular JS framework is preferred. If not Angular, experience in another JS framework is required.
Ability to develop and maintain custom Drupal modules.
Deep working knowledge of revision control with GIT.
