Contract Mechanical Design Engineer - SolidedgeOur client in Surrey is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer ideally with proficient use of Solidedge or similar CAD package to join their team on a contract basis. The successful applicant will need to have good experience of 2D and 3D design, ability to modify and develop existing designs and an understanding of Hydraulic principles, Structural Design and FEA.
Key Skills:
- Degree in Mechanical engineering or Equivalent
- Extensive experience of 2D and 3D CAD design, ideally Solidedge
- Previous working experience with Metalworks, sheet Metal or Plastics
- An understanding of Hydraulic principles
- Ability to modify and develop pre existing designs
